Custom Jewelry for a Wedding Day in Greece

Congratulations to Jessica and Paul Hatcher! They were married recently in Greece and we had the privilege of making both of her rings, his ring, and the lovely necklace Jessica wore on their wedding day.

Beautiful wedding photos by Cassandra Ladru Photography

The couple purchased ancient coins in Old City Jerusalem in Israel, on a trip they took to celebrate their engagement. They were ancient Roman coins from the Byzantine era (400-500 AD).  The gold from those coins is the primary metal we used in her rings and his band. We also were able to remove parts of the coins that had the best detail and incorporate those designs on the inside of both of their wedding bands.

Notice inside the ring setting, you see what looks like a face, that is an actual part of the coin.
